**Responsibilities**:*

The Soft Skills Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering impactful training programs aimed at enhancing the soft skills of individuals within the community. The role involves conducting workshops and sessions focused on communication skills, interpersonal skills, time management, and other essential soft skills. The trainer will work closely with diverse groups, including beneficiaries of the NGO's programs, to foster personal and professional development. Provide one-on-one coaching to individuals seeking personalized soft skills improvement. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in soft skills training.

**Key Requirements**:*
- Graduation
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in soft skills training
- Excellent communication and English-speaking skills
- Demonstrated ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences
- Good personality and interpersonal skills
- Passion for community development and empowerment

**How to Apply**:*

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
