**Soft Skills and Communication Trainer**

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced **Soft Skills and Communication Trainer **specializing in Medical Professionals to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs focused on enhancing interpersonal skills, communication effectiveness, and overall professional development specifically tailored to medical professionals. T

**Responsibilities**:
1.Deliver engaging training sessions tailored to the unique needs and challenges of medical professionals, including doctors, nurses, and allied health staff.

2.Customize training programs to address specific communication challenges encountered in medical settings, such as patient interactions, team collaboration, and conveying complex medical information effectively.

3.Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and methodologies, both in-person and virtually, to facilitate learning and skill development.

4.Conduct pre
- and post-training assessments to measure the effectiveness of training interventions and track participants' progress.

5.Collaborate with healthcare organizations and institutions to identify training needs and develop customized learning initiatives.

7.**Travel to various healthcare facilities **and locations to deliver on-site training sessions as needed.

**Requirements**:
.Proven experience (minimum 1 year) as a soft skills trainer, communication coach, or similar role, preferably within the healthcare industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and connect with medical professionals.

.Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.

.Experience in designing and delivering both in-person and virtual training sessions using online platforms and tools.

.Flexibility and willingness to travel to different locations as required for on-site training sessions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
