Soft Skill Trainer

**Responsibilities**:

- Determine training needs and schedule training sessions
- Design effective training programs
- Deliver high quality training that follows company methodology, and matches to the skills required for the associate
- Conduct seminars, workshops, training sessions etc.
- Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement
- Monitor employee performance and response to training

Requirements and skills:

- Solid knowledge of the latest training, Corporate Games & Crowd Handling
- A minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a Trainer
- Impressive communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong in Communication Skills
- Conduct effective training sessions on soft skills topics and behavioral training, deploy a wide variety of training methods

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 5 per week

**Salary**: ₹1,000.00 - ₹1,500.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Trivandrum, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Softskill Trainer: 4 years (preferred)
