**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Experience with employee training and development.
- Proficient in training soft skills included Communication skills, Critical thinking, Time management, Leadership & team building, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully develop and deliver training programs utilizing skills in instructional design, program design & development, and training methodologies
- Strong motivational skills and an ability to keep students on task
- Dynamic, energetic, and have a good personality with strong responsibility
- High energy, enthusiastic, motivational training style
- Strong organizational, planning, project management, problem resolution, communication, presentation, facilitation, and influencing skills required.
- Excellent English & Malayalam language skills is a MUST.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 6 - 36 per week
