**About the Role**:
We are seeking a dedicated and engaging Soft Skills Trainer to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will play a vital part in shaping the professional journeys of individuals by delivering high-impact, practical sessions for enhancing communication and confidence among learners and preparing them to succeed in today’s competitive job market. Trainers who are genuinely passionate about empowering others, fostering self-awareness, and equipping learners with real-world soft skills are welcomed for this position. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver interactive training sessions on spoken and written English to improve learner’s fluency, grammar, vocabulary, and communication skills for real-life and workplace situations.
- Conduct personality development and public speaking sessions to help learners build self-confidence, manage stage fear, improve presentation skills, and develop professional presence.
- Train learners in resume writing and interview preparation, including how to structure a job-ready resume and respond effectively to common interview questions.
- Facilitate group discussions, idea presentation, and evaluation strategies.
- Teach workplace etiquette and behavior, including teamwork, time management, and professional communication.
- Assess each learner’s skill level and tailor the training content to suit their needs and goals.
- Design and update training materials, assignments, and evaluation tools to keep sessions relevant and engaging.
- Provide regular feedback and one-on-one support to help learners improve continuously.
- Conduct mock interviews and simulations to build practical skills and confidence.
- Track learner progress and maintain an inclusive, motivating, and growth-focused learning environment.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communication, HR, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a trainer or coach in soft skills and communication is good.
- Excellent command over English, both spoken and written.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to connect with diverse learners and adapt training methods accordingly.
- Knowledge of current trends in workplace behavior and recruitment practices.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in soft skills or communication training
- Experience with corporate or academic training setups
