We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Soft Skill Trainer to lead our efforts in enhancing students' soft skills and verbal communication abilities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design, deliver, and assess the training programs focused on improving essential soft skills and effective verbal communication.
- Develop and customize soft skills training modules tailored to meet the needs of students.
- Facilitate interactive training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance students' interpersonal and communication skills.
- Offer one-on-one coaching and mentoring sessions to address individual skill gaps and career goals.
- Coordinate with technical trainers to align soft skills training with technical curriculum and career preparation needs.

**Job Requirements**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a trainer, educator, or instructor, with a focus on soft skills and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in using training tools, technologies, and resources to create interactive and engaging learning experiences.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

**What we offer**:

- Salary range between ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month.
