**REQUIRMENTS**:

- **Master’s Degree**: particularly in Business Administration (MBA)
- **Training Experience**: Generally, 4-5 years of experience in training and development, particularly in a managerial or supervisory role.
- **Industry Experience**: Experience within the Education industry
- Strong presentation and public speaking abilities.

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Collaborate with senior management and department heads to align training programs with organizational goals and strategic objectives.
- Create and update training manuals, guides, e-learning modules, and other educational materials to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
- Prepares future leaders, ensuring a strong leadership pipeline within the organization.
- Organize and lead workshops and activities that provide practical, hands-on experience in developing soft skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
