Job Summary

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present accurate financial reports in a timely manner.
  • Create transfer pricing workings for sister entities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage bank payments, AP invoice booking, and payroll processes for the Indian entity.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for AP and tax-related activities, fostering effective collaboration.
  • Participate in statutory audits, due diligences, and internal audits, applying analytical skills.
  • Perform monthly book closing, including BRS, invoice booking, accruals, capitalization, and FAR reconciliation, maintaining financial accuracy.
  • Review vendor ledgers and aging on a regular basis, ensuring timely payment.
  • Develop cash flow projections, considering business trends and needs.
  • Evaluate and enhance financial systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Establish and implement financial policies and procedures, promoting efficiency and effectiveness.


Requirements
  • Hold a valid CA qualification.
  • Have 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in a corporate environment, preferably with global exposure.
  • Prior experience in start-ups that have achieved scale is an asset.
  • Demonstrate ability to handle coordination with multiple internal/external teams effectively.
  • Possess essential knowledge of IndAS/IFRS.
  • Excel in working skills of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of ERP environments, particularly SAP, COUPA, and DarwinBox, is an added advantage.
