Senior Financial Leadership Role

A leading organization is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Leader to drive financial excellence across the business. This role will be pivotal in driving financial discipline, compliance, and process excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning & Analysis: Oversee accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and management dashboards.
  • Partner with Business Units: Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Ensure Compliance: Adhere to accounting standards, regulations, and policies.
  • Controllership & Compliance: Implement and maintain robust internal controls, accounting policies, and processes.
  • Coordinate with Auditors: Smooth audits and reviews.
  • Process Excellence & Governance: Drive automation and digitization of financial processes to improve efficiency.
  • Monitor Cash Flows: Working capital, and financial risk management.
  • Establish Governance Mechanisms: Financial discipline across all business verticals.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with leadership to provide financial insights for strategic decisions.
  • Manage Relationships: External stakeholders, banks, auditors, consultants, regulators.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) / CPA or MBA with 5-12 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Strong background in controllership, accounting, compliance, and reporting.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
  • Expertise in financial systems, ERP, and automation tools.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
