  • We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Financial Operations Manager to oversee the management and maintenance of multiple general ledgers with accuracy and timeliness.
  • The successful candidate will review monthly journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance reports, ensuring timely completion of these tasks.
  • This role will support the Controller/AVP of Finance in financial reporting and analysis, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
  • The Chief Financial Operations Manager will ensure that monthly and year-end close processes are completed on time, meeting organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
  • This position involves performing internal compliance audits and maintaining proper documentation, upholding the highest standards of integrity and transparency.
  • The Chief Financial Operations Manager will also oversee the preparation and accuracy of tax returns (Sales & Use, Property Tax), ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • This role requires assisting in the development and implementation of accounting standards and controls, driving process improvements and efficiencies across the organization.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to organizational code of conduct is essential for this position.
