The role of Senior Finance Executive is to oversee and manage all aspects of financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance. This position requires a strong understanding of financial principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively.
">Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and present monthly MIS reports, including balance sheet and profit & loss accounts, to management and stakeholders.
- Manage the preparation and submission of GST returns (GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B), ISD working and filing, and reconcile ITC with books as per GSTR-2B.
- Handle TDS workings and return filings, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Support internal, external, and tax audits, and prepare audited statements (AOP) for review.
- Perform month-end activities, including updating FAR, depreciation computation, prepaid expenses, etc.
- Assist in AP accounting in limited areas, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Review general ledger and ensure the accuracy of books of accounts in all aspects.
- Proven experience in accounting and financial operations.
- Proficiency in financial reporting and reconciliation.
- Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Proficient in Tally Prime, MS Office.
