Job Title: Fusion HCM Functional Consultant

We seek a skilled professional to lead the implementation and support of Oracle Fusion OTL, Core HR projects. The ideal candidate will drive the full project life cycle from requirements gathering to deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure timecard layouts and time attributes
  • Maintain time collection rules, approval workflows, payroll/time policies
  • Set up integrations with HCM
  • Develop fast formulas (FF) for time, payroll, and validations
  • Create reports and HCM Extracts
  • Manage security setup and AORs (Areas of Responsibility)

This role demands a strong understanding of Oracle Fusion and human capital management principles. A bachelor's degree in computer science or related field is required. Experience with Oracle Fusion and proven track record of delivering successful projects is essential.
