We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic HR professional to join our team in an internship capacity.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and internal databases, utilizing strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and communication between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring seamless coordination.
- Support onboarding activities including documentation and orientation, fostering a positive employee experience.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist with employee engagement and training program coordination, driving employee growth and development.
- Handle routine HR administrative tasks and support HR team initiatives with a proactive approach.
- Participate in maintaining confidentiality and professional standards in HR processes, upholding the highest level of integrity.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, or related field, demonstrating academic excellence.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word), with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Eagerness to learn, detail-oriented, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, thriving under pressure.
- Able to commit to immediate joining and full-time work in the designated location, with a flexible schedule as needed.
As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement. You will work closely with our HR team to develop your skills and knowledge, and contribute to the success of our organization.
