Capital Markets and Investment Banking Professional

We are seeking an experienced Capital Markets professional with 5–6 years of expertise in equity fundraising and investment banking transactions. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in IPOs, Rights Issues, QIPs, Bonds, and other capital market deals.

The role involves active deal execution, advising clients, and managing end-to-end capital market transactions. We need a skilled and analytical professional who can lead capital market transactions, advise clients on equity fundraising strategies, and ensure all deals comply with SEBI regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead capital market transactions including IPOs, Rights Issues, QIPs, Preferential Allotments, and Bonds.
  • Advise clients on equity fundraising strategies, market positioning, and transaction structuring.
  • Manage end-to-end deal execution - from due diligence, drafting offer documents, and coordinating with regulators to liaising with merchant bankers, legal advisors, and auditors.
  • Conduct financial analysis, valuations, and transaction feasibility studies to support decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, HNIs, merchant bankers, law firms, and intermediaries.
  • Stay updated on capital market trends, regulatory changes, and market developments.

Requirements:

  • CA/ Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, Commerce.
  • 5-6 years of proven experience in capital markets, investment banking, or financial advisory.
  • Hands-on deal execution experience in IPOs, QIPs, Rights Issues, Bonds, or similar transactions.
  • Strong knowledge of SEBI regulations, listing guidelines, and compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical, research, and financial modeling skills.
