Investment Banking Analyst Opportunity

This is a multi-faceted role where you will be responsible for creating deal documents, advising clients on structuring funding rounds and ensuring quality services are delivered. You will work in a remote setting with the ability to work from anywhere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating deal documents such as pitch decks, financial models and business plans for clients across sectors and geographies
  • Advising clients on structuring funding rounds and valuations
  • Ensuring quality services are delivered to clients

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of prior Investment Banking/Investment Analyst experience preferred
  • CFA Level 1 or 2 passed candidates preferred
  • Knowledge/prior experience with startup fundraising/venture capital industry is a distinct advantage
