We are seeking a dynamic professional with 7 to 10 years of experience in HNI & Individual Giving fundraising for Vajra – our multidisciplinary sports complex.

The ideal candidate should possess experience in business development and fundraising, with a proven track record in developing and implementing CSR strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a robust fundraising plan to secure large-ticket donations from high-net-worth individuals, alumni, and philanthropists.
  • Create an extensive database of potential donors using wealth intelligence tools and personal network.
  • Track and report target-based fundraising goals through donor tracking, engagement, and donation metrics.
  • Craft powerful pitches and proposals for management, high-net-worth individuals, and CSR Heads.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, social sciences, or related fields.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience working with HNIs/UHNI/CSR in Tamil Nadu, Karnataka.
  • Proven track record of securing high-value donations from HNI/UHNI/Foundations/Grants.
