This role requires a strategic thinker who can work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, interface with senior leaders, and build a strong network of supporters.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in fundraising, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating a roadmap and strategy for our fundraising efforts
  • Developing a national network of diverse supporters
  • Building a portfolio approach to fundraising
  • Executing multiple aspects of the plan engaging high net worth individuals, corporations, foundations, and other pertinent entities

Requirements include a Master's degree in business, social sciences, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in direct fundraising and partnership roles, including at least 3 years in a leadership position.
