  • Ownership of end-to-end profit and loss, strategy development, and delivery of outcomes.
  • Taking enterprise-wide ownership across commercial, operations, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, finance, HR, IT, compliance, and ESG.
  • Driving market expansion with focus on Oil & Gas and new verticals (Defense, Railways, Infrastructure).
  • Building a predictable order book and margin profile through negotiation and partnership.
  • Modernizing manufacturing processes to improve throughput, efficiency, and quality.
  • Leveraging technology and best practices for digital transformation and data-driven governance.
  • Establishing a performance culture with clear KRAs/KPIs and leadership bench.
  • Representing the company with stakeholders and upholding brand and governance standards.

What We're Looking For

  • 18+ years in B2B manufacturing/industrial engineering with demonstrated P&L ownership and scale-up results.
  • Track record in driving growth across domestic and international markets, securing large, multi-year contracts.
  • Strong command of plant operations, quality systems, supply chain, and capex deployment.
  • Solid financial acumen and stakeholder management.
  • People leader who builds accountable teams and a performance culture.
