Senior Manager Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our investments team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the analysis and research process for investment decisions, risk management, and portfolio monitoring.
  • Develop and deliver monthly and quarterly performance reports for clients.
  • Collaborate with investment teams to gather and clarify client-specific data for reporting purposes.

This role also entails:

  • Client communication and review management, ramp-up, and ongoing transitions.
  • Mentorship and leadership of analysts across different processes.
  • Accountability ownership by troubleshooting project issues.
  • Process improvement and driving innovation.
  • Relationship management with business stakeholders and senior leaders.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • At least 8+ years of relevant experience in finance.
  • A graduate degree in finance, accounting, economics, or mathematics, with progress towards CFA and CIPM certifications.
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL programming languages.
  • Strong understanding and proper usage of investment-related terminology.
Requirements
  • Exposure to global capital markets and knowledge of various asset classes and investment strategies.
  • Excellent MS Office application skills (MS-Excel, MS-Word, PowerPoint).
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
