Chief Investment Officer Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the investment strategy and executing it through a thorough evaluation process.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing: Identify and curate high-quality investment opportunities across various sectors and stages.
  • Evaluation: Conduct rigorous analysis and due diligence to assess the viability of potential investments.
  • Diligence Leadership: Oversee the diligence process, working closely with external partners to ensure timely and effective execution.
  • Transaction Execution: Support the negotiation and closing of investments, ensuring alignment with founder-friendly principles.
  • Portfolio Support & Follow-ons: Provide ongoing support to portfolio companies, tracking their progress and identifying opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

  • Experienced investor or operator with a strong track record in deal evaluation and execution.
  • Credible network and relationships across founders, angels, bankers, and operators.
  • Strong analytical skills, with expertise in unit economics, cohort/retention, marketplaces, SaaS metrics, and path to profitability.
  • Hands-on experience with LDD/FDD scopes, with ability to frame key questions and pressure-test assumptions.
  • Structured writer, fast modeler, and organized operator with a hustle-first mindset.
