Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled HR leader to oversee our human resources function.

  • Manage a range of tasks related to HR, benefits, sales, legal, and general administration.
  • Oversee and manage various projects on behalf of senior leaders.
  • Develop and implement best practices, policies, and procedures across teams.
  • Lead a professional HR organization.
  • Ensure effective risk management, governance, and compliance.
  • Proactively drive the execution of HR programs related to talent acquisition, development, and retention.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to leaders on HR processes and programs.
  • Understand data environments and leverage insights in support of strategic decision making.
  • Mentor internal stakeholders, promote continuous learning, and stay current with industry trends.
  • Evaluate risks associated with business activities and ensure effective identification, measurement, monitoring, and control.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing multiple priorities simultaneously and building trust with stakeholders.
  • Participating in cross-functional teams and collaborating with leadership to achieve business objectives.
  • Leveraging data and insights to inform strategic decisions and influence stakeholder groups.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience as an HR manager or leader.
  • Experience leading teams and managing competing priorities.
  • Strong negotiation and collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage data and insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Advanced experience building trust with stakeholders and influencing organizational change.
