Strategic Team Leader

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Team Leader to lead our project teams with 7-11 years of experience in project management, scrum master, and life sciences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project scope and change management processes to ensure alignment with business objectives, focusing on delivering high-quality results.
  • Oversee schedule management to ensure timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables, maintaining strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • Implement risk and crisis management strategies to mitigate potential project issues, leveraging expertise in risk assessment and mitigation techniques.
  • Ensure adherence to project governance frameworks and standards across all projects, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success within scrum management frameworks, fostering open communication and collaboration.
  • Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project management practices, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
  • Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to project teams and junior managers, empowering them to excel in their roles.
  • Monitor project performance metrics and report progress to senior leadership, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 7-11 years of experience in project management, scrum master, and life sciences.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time, within budget, and to stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with ability to build strong relationships with team members, sponsors, and customers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with adaptability and flexibility to changing project requirements.
