About the Opportunity:

We are currently looking for a skilled and experienced leader to spearhead our alliances with Zoho. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy to drive business growth through Zoho's SaaS platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a strategic alliance plan, aligning with our overall business objectives.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with Zoho leadership and sales teams, fostering a collaborative environment that drives mutual success.
  • Drive joint go-to-market initiatives, including account mapping, co-selling, campaigns, and pursuits, to maximize revenue potential.
  • Create a Zoho Center of Excellence (CoE) for certified talent and reference architectures, ensuring seamless integration with our existing offerings.
  • Leverage Zoho's capabilities to differentiate our solutions, enhance customer experience, and drive long-term growth.
  • Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs), including pipeline, influenced revenue, and certifications, to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 16 years of experience in consulting, SaaS, or enterprise tech, with a proven track record in alliance or partner leadership.
  • Strong understanding of Zoho's product suite or similar SaaS ecosystems, with the ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth through partnerships and go-to-market execution, with a keen eye for market trends and competitor activity.
  • Experience in practice building and talent enablement, with a focus on developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent CXO-level stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Candidate with strong cloud knowledge preferred, with the ability to leverage Zoho's capabilities to drive business outcomes.
