Strategic HR Leader for India Operations

Seeking a Strategic HR Leader to head our India operations. This key role involves driving people strategy that aligns with the overall business objectives.

The successful candidate will lead a team of HR professionals, act as a strategic partner to business leaders, and foster a high-performance culture that attracts and retains top talent.

This position requires strong communication skills, a deep understanding of Indian labor laws, and experience in developing and implementing HR strategies that drive organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy and global initiatives with country
  • Facilitate the organization's structural planning and reorganization efforts.
  • Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, and learning and development
  • Foster a positive organizational culture that promotes employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion.
  • Support in the development and implementation of global HR programs
  • Partner with business leaders to provide HR guidance and support
  • Provide strategic leadership and effective management to the Human Resources team in India
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations
  • Utilize HR metrics and analytics to drive decision-making and improve HR processes.

You are expected to have a strong track record of success in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or HR certification preferred.

Required qualifications include minimum 10 years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in a multinational organization.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
