
Strategic Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill a key role in our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess 4-6 years of experience in an HR generalist position, with expertise in managing HR operations, driving talent acquisition, and fostering a positive organisational culture.
Key Responsibilities:- Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent for various roles within the organisation.
- Employee Relations: Handle employee relations issues, provide guidance on HR policies, and ensure a positive and productive work environment.
- HR Policies: Develop and implement HR policies across the organisation.
- Performance Management: Design and implement performance management systems, including appraisals, feedback mechanisms, and employee development plans.
- HR Strategy: Develop and execute HR strategies that align with business goals and enhance organisational effectiveness.
- Compensation & Benefits: Oversee compensation planning and benefits administration, ensuring competitive and equitable pay structures.
- Training & Development: Design and implement training programs to address skill gaps and support employee growth.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and company policies, handling audits and reporting as needed.
- Organisational Culture: Promote a positive organisational culture, implementing initiatives that drive employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree or HR certification is highly desirable.
- Minimum 4 years of experience working in an HR generalist role.
The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws specific to the sector, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proven ability to manage complex employee relations and performance issues, strategic thinking with a focus on aligning HR practices with business objectives, and proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
