Job Role Overview

The Marketing Director will develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy, designing successful campaigns to drive business growth.

This role involves identifying market opportunities, maximizing current product portfolios, and working closely with stakeholders to achieve targeted goals and market shares.

  • Develop and deploy a robust marketing mix aligned with business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, customer segments, and evolving dynamics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Recommend entry into new therapy areas, aligned with divisional vision.
  • Implement innovative marketing strategies to drive project success and growth.
  • Monitor brand evolution indices, sustain established brands, and grow line extensions.
  • Conduct ROI analysis for major marketing investments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams in developing and executing marketing plans.
  • Collaborate with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to oversee KOL management strategies.
  • Promote differentiated value propositions and ensure strong field force alignment.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor a team of Therapy Heads (GPMs) and Product Managers.
  • Monitor performance against business goals, ensuring strong brand performance and profitability.
  • Foster a culture of high performance, innovation, and accountability.

Field Force Support & Training

  • Drive marketing strategy implementation through the field force.
  • Train the field team on promotional themes and monitor implementation effectiveness.
