Investment Banking Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Investment Banking specialist to join our team. As an Investment Banking specialist, you will be responsible for working with clients to improve processes and controls that build capacity and scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and capture overall data and its status from various global functional teams across clients.
  • Apply in-depth functional knowledge of process areas to operational scenarios to provide effective solutions.
  • Identify discrepancies and propose optimal solutions using logical, systematic, and sequential methodology.

The ideal candidate should possess strong business understanding of finance industry with special focus on capital market and derivatives. They should have good numerical skills and ability to derive information from data with excellent multi-tasking and creative problem-solving.

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduation (Bcom, BBA, BBM, BCA) / Post Graduation (Mcom, MBA, PGDM)
  • A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in handling a team of at least 10 members and has good experience and knowledge of Investment Banking Operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to manage and complete specific tasks with minimal direction.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills – ability to network and earn the confidence of diverse Client personnel plus interaction with and management of operations teams.
