Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and attract top talent, ensuring a diverse and skilled workforce that drives business success.
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Develop and implement efficient recruitment processes, from candidate sourcing to onboarding, maintaining a positive candidate experience.
  • HRIS Administration: Oversee and manage the company's HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring accurate employee data and records.
  • Policy Development and Compliance: Maintain and update HR policies, ensuring alignment with current legal requirements and best practices, promoting compliance and minimizing risk.
  • Employee Engagement and Development: Foster a culture of inclusivity, diversity, and growth, providing opportunities for employee training, development, and career advancement.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business or relevant discipline.
  • Experience: At least 8 years in HR generalist role, preferably in a multinational environment.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Cultural Competence: Experience working in a multicultural environment, with excellent business communication skills.
