Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Job Description:

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented HR professional to join our team. This role is critical in driving seamless HR operations, focusing on attendance, payroll, leave management, and offer rollouts, while ensuring compliance with policies and statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage employee attendance records, ensuring accuracy in timesheets.
  2. Administer monthly payroll, including statutory deductions (PF, ESI, TDS).
  3. Maintain and update leave management systems, ensuring fair policy implementation.
  4. Handle employee queries related to payroll, leaves, attendance, and HR operations.
  5. Prepare and share HR reports with management.
  6. Ensure compliance with statutory laws and organizational policies.
  7. Support end-to-end HR operational activities such as documentation, employee records, and audits.
  8. Drive the offer rollout process—drafting, releasing, and tracking offer letters.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration.
  • 2–3 years of experience in HR operations (attendance, payroll, leave management, and offer rollouts).
  • Knowledge of payroll software, Excel, and HRMS systems.
  • Familiarity with Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
  • Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
