Key Account Growth Strategist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our team at Lifelancer. The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle, including building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business growth strategies to drive revenue expansion
- Manage sales pipeline and track key performance metrics
- Analyze market trends and establish competitive advantages
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Food Science/Tech or equivalent, with 1+ years of experience in a similar industry
- PGDBM/MMS/MBA preferred
- Experience in full sales cycle, including deal closing, and demonstrated sales success
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- CRM experience is a plus
