We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions for Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and related Integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to developer tasks and support for ServiceNow functionality, performance, and security.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail for complex technical issues.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with product owners and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of standard IT technologies and 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
  • Work with product owners to understand detailed requirements and own code from design, implementation, test automation, and delivery of high-quality products.
  • Monitor day-to-day technical tasks to ensure timely delivery.

Technical Skills Required:

  • Development experience in SPM and related Integrations, including Demand, Project, Resource & Time Management sub-modules.
  • Implementing workflows, business rules, data transformations, and integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using web services, APIs, and other technologies.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to ServiceNow functionality, performance, and security.
  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, configuration, and customization capabilities.
  • Experience with JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow APIs, including user management and data integrations.
