As a seasoned ServiceNow specialist, you will leverage your deep expertise to educate and support fellow professionals in mastering the platform.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver comprehensive training sessions on all major ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SPM, GRC, SecOps, HRSD, and CSM.
- Prepare candidates for interviews by providing module-specific question preparation from basic to advanced levels.
- Conduct realistic mock interviews and offer guidance on resume preparation, certifications, and career advancement.
- Deliver scenario-based problem-solving and whiteboard practice sessions.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience with ServiceNow across multiple modules is essential.
- Strong knowledge of real-world implementations, scripting, and integrations is required.
- Applicants must have extensive experience in conducting and facing ServiceNow interviews at mid/senior/architect levels.
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills are necessary.
- ServiceNow certifications, such as CSA, CAD, or CIS, are preferred.
