ServiceNow ITAM(SAM) Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) specialist to join our team. As an ITAM specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and architecting ServiceNow solutions to meet the complex needs of our clients.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Requirements Gathering: Conduct workshops, interviews, and meetings to understand and document business requirements and functional needs.
    • Process Design: Define and design ServiceNow solutions, tailoring them to meet specific client requirements and industry best practices.
    • Gap Analysis: Identify gaps between existing processes and desired future-state processes, recommending solutions and improvements.
    • Solution Implementation: Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs.
    • Documentation: Create user stories, process documentation, training materials, and other relevant documentation to support implementations.
    • Training and Support: Provide post-implementation support, training, and guidance to users to ensure successful adoption and optimization of the platform.
    • Business Value: Articulate the business value of proposed solutions and demonstrate how ServiceNow can improve business operations.
Qualifications
  • 12 years of experience in implementing or architecting ServiceNow solutions.
  • Good understanding of Sales and Order Management process followed in organization.
  • Experience in designing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow SOM module as per Organizations SOM process.
  • Experience in designing and implementing the following modules:
    • ServiceNow Sales and Order Management
    • Order and Quote management
    • Supplier Lifecycle Operations (SLO)
    • Customer Service Management (CSM) module
  • Extensive experience across the ServiceNow core platform, security, performance, and compliance.
  • Extensive experience in third-party integration, REST/SOAP methods, Integration Hub, and Ebonding.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
