Key Responsibilities

">
  1. Develop and execute comprehensive Google Ads strategies to target local and regional SMBs in the USA.
  2. Design and implement test-and-scale approaches to build hypotheses, validate results with data, and scale winning campaigns.
  3. Optimize campaign structure, creative assets, ad copy, audience signals, and bidding strategies to maximize performance.
  4. Provide regular reports and actionable insights on campaign performance, including CPC, CPL, ROAS, and lead quality.
  5. Own campaign performance and be responsible for hitting lead and sales KPIs.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and landing page optimization.

Requirements

  • Mandatory Google Ads Certification.
  • Proven experience running Performance Max campaigns for SMBs.
  • Strong understanding of North American SMB segments and customer behavior.
  • Ability to set up conversion tracking, first-party audience signals, and campaign structure for max performance.
  • Expertise in lead generation, ROAS optimization, and budget scaling.
  • Strong communication and English proficiency, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
