Digital Marketing Specialist: Lead Generation Expert

">- A leading organization is seeking a seasoned professional to manage Google Ads campaigns, focusing on maximizing lead generation for small businesses in North America.
About the Role
">The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in launching, testing, and scaling Performance Max campaigns, with a proven track record of driving real leads and revenue.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Develop and execute comprehensive Google Ads strategies to target local and regional SMBs in the USA.
- Design and implement test-and-scale approaches to build hypotheses, validate results with data, and scale winning campaigns.
- Optimize campaign structure, creative assets, ad copy, audience signals, and bidding strategies to maximize performance.
- Provide regular reports and actionable insights on campaign performance, including CPC, CPL, ROAS, and lead quality.
- Own campaign performance and be responsible for hitting lead and sales KPIs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and landing page optimization.
Requirements
">- Mandatory Google Ads Certification.
- Proven experience running Performance Max campaigns for SMBs.
- Strong understanding of North American SMB segments and customer behavior.
- Ability to set up conversion tracking, first-party audience signals, and campaign structure for max performance.
- Expertise in lead generation, ROAS optimization, and budget scaling.
- Strong communication and English proficiency, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
