Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist
Job Description:
As a key player in our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound calls. This involves contacting potential customers to spark interest in our products or services.
You will also be required to qualify leads by understanding customer needs and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Furthermore, you will coordinate meetings or demonstrations between qualified leads and the sales team.
Providing customer support, resolving issues, and complaints professionally is another crucial aspect of this role.
Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to align on lead generation strategies will also be a significant part of your responsibilities.
Additionally, analyzing and reporting on lead generation metrics to identify areas for improvement will help us optimize our processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.
Active listening and basic computer skills are also highly desirable.
