About This Role

Digopm is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Leader to lead our Plywood Division. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives in the plywood and laminates segment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and meet sales targets.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team across assigned locations, ensuring alignment with sales goals and company values.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.
  • Set sales targets and monitor performance metrics to ensure the achievement of sales goals.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to senior management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners in the plywood and laminates industry.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and potential clients to expand the customer base.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns tailored to the plywood and laminates market.
  • Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve targets.
  • Monitor expenses and implement cost-control measures to maintain profitability.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product innovations, and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights to the sales team and clients.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to ensure product offerings meet market demands.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales leadership within the plywood or laminates industry.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
