Job Title:

Identity Solutions Architect

Job Overview:

Design, develop, and implement robust identity management solutions to drive business growth and ensure seamless access control.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive lifecycle management strategies for users, systems, and applications.
  • Configure and customize SailPoint workflows, rules, tasks, and connectors to meet specific business needs.
  • Implement migrations, Active Directory configurations, shared folder access, and Java-based plugin development to enhance security and efficiency.
  • Configure out-of-the-box and custom connectors with applications such as AD, Azure, Oracle, ServiceNow, and more to facilitate integration.
  • Implement Self-Service features, password reset/change flows, and access certification to empower users and administrators.
  • Build and configure in-built SailPoint tasks like aggregation, ID refresh, correlation, and scheduled jobs to optimize system performance.
  • Integrate third-party systems using SOAP/REST APIs, JDBC, and custom APIs to expand solution capabilities.
  • Work with SailPoint APIs to develop custom functionalities and service adapters to meet unique business requirements.
  • Develop and manage custom Java classes and SailPoint build map rules to enhance solution flexibility.
  • Administer the SailPoint platform including data loading, role and policy creation, certification scheduling, and reporting to ensure optimal system operation.
  • Monitor logs, alerts, and system behaviors to identify areas for improvement and ensure reliability and performance.
  • Contribute to provisioning and access governance by enforcing security and compliance practices to protect sensitive data and assets.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, workflows, and design specifications to promote knowledge sharing and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders for solution design, code reviews, compliance audits, and delivery tracking to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Provide production support, bug fixing, post-implementation testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality solution delivery.
  • Support project planning, scope management, and regular status updates to promote transparency and accountability.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) with 3+ years specifically in SailPoint IIQ.
  • Strong development background using Java, JDBC, Java Beans, and web technologies to drive solution development.
  • Experience in SailPoint IIQ deployment including connector configuration, custom rule development, and workflow configuration to ensure smooth solution implementation.
  • Proficient in RBAC analysis and implementation to ensure secure access control.
  • Hands-on experience in provisioning systems such as Active Directory, Oracle, and cloud-based applications to facilitate integration.
  • Strong understanding of SailPoint LCM policies, certifications, and reporting to ensure optimal system operation.
  • Experience with web services using SOAP, REST, and OAuth 2.0 to enable seamless integration.
  • Proficiency in RDBMS technologies including SQL, stored procedures, triggers, functions to drive database operations.
  • Knowledge of PL/SQL, data validation, and performing data-related operations for IAM staging to ensure data integrity.
  • Ability to resolve complex issues, work independently, and collaborate effectively across teams to drive successful project outcomes.
