Job Title:

Senior Identity Specialist

This is a key role that requires expertise in various sectors, such as financial services or background verification. We are seeking a skilled professional to drive our business forward by utilizing their knowledge and technical skills to deliver innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as a technical expert: Develop a deep understanding of our products, their features, and their technical implementation. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and the competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with the sales team: Work closely with the sales representatives to understand customer requirements and craft tailored solutions that address their business challenges effectively.
  • Conduct product demonstrations: Showcase the capabilities and benefits of our products to potential customers, both remotely and in-person. Customize demonstrations to align with customer needs and provide technical guidance during the evaluation process.
  • Solution design and technical consultation: Analyze customer requirements and propose technical solutions that align with their business goals. Collaborate with the product team to design customized solutions and identify any necessary product enhancements.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations: Create compelling presentations and technical documentation to support the sales process. Clearly articulate the value proposition and differentiators of our solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Conduct proof-of-concept (POC) projects: Lead and manage POC projects to validate our products in the customer's environment. Gather feedback, address technical concerns, and work closely with the implementation team to ensure a successful outcome.
  • Respond to technical queries: Assist prospects and customers with technical inquiries, providing accurate and timely information to address their concerns and build trust in our offerings.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in the sector, preferably in the financial services or background verification field.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the sector and its latest developments.
  • Energy and Drive: A self-starter with a proactive and energetic approach, capable of working independently and driving results.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure client success and contribute to product enhancement.
  • Global Mindset: Adept at working in a diverse, multicultural environment.
  • Self-starter with the motivation to take on new challenges, entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Good understanding of technology and SaaS products.
