Enterprise Identity Solutions Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Identity Solutions Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise-wide identity solutions.

You will work closely with our security architects to develop and maintain our identity infrastructure, ensuring it is secure, scalable, and aligned with our business needs.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will also need to possess excellent communication skills, as you will be working closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand their identity-related requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID
  • Understanding of identity reporting and analytics (e.g., access logs, entitlement reviews)
  • Knowledge of identity security principles, including least privilege and zero trust
  • Ability to design and implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) policies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Implement and manage RBAC policies across systems
  2. Monitor and report on identity-related activities, access patterns, and anomalies
  3. Collaborate with security architects to design and improve identity infrastructure
  4. Support audits and compliance efforts by providing identity-related evidence and reports
  5. Assist in onboarding/offboarding processes and access provisioning/deprovisioning
  6. Identify and remediate identity security risks and misconfigurations
  7. Develop and maintain documentation for IAM processes and standards
