Secure Enterprise Identity Manager

Our team is seeking an experienced Identity Access Management (IAM) professional to oversee the implementation and maintenance of our enterprise identity management lifecycle. As a key member of our IT Security group, you will be responsible for enforcing zero-trust principles across all identity flows, ensuring compliance with RBI/SEBI mandates.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive IAM policies, processes, and standards for onboarding/offboarding workflows and access provisioning.
- Design and enforce role-based access control, just-in-time (JIT) access, and session recording for critical privileged accounts.
- Manage integration of IAM systems with SIEM, ticketing, and compliance reporting platforms.
- Conduct regular access reviews, entitlement discovery, and cleanup activities to maintain secure access governance.
- Collaborate with business units to promote secure identity practices, policy exceptions, and automation of access approvals.
- Address audit queries and continuously improve IAM controls maturity.
- Maintain accurate documentation of user provisioning, change approvals, PAM vaulting, and break-glass procedures.
- 8+ years of experience in IAM/PAM administration.
- Expertise in Azure AD, Entra ID, ARCON, federated identity protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC), and certified specialist certifications.
- Strong understanding of RBI/SEBI audit requirements and regulations.
