We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Identity Governance Specialist.

This role requires designing, developing, and implementing identity governance solutions using SailPoint IIQ technology. The ideal candidate will have 9+ years of experience in IAM and possess strong technical skills in SailPoint IIQ (v7.x and above), Java, BeanShell scripting, and custom connector development.

Key Responsibilities
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN SAILPOINT IIQ CONFIGURATIONS, WORKFLOWS, RULES, AND CONNECTORS TO SUPPORT IDENTITY LIFECYCLE MANAGEMENT
  • DEVELOP INTEGRATIONS BETWEEN SAILPOINT IIQ AND EXTERNAL SYSTEMS (E.G., ACTIVE DIRECTORY, LDAP, HR SYSTEMS, CLOUD PLATFORMS)
  • IMPLEMENT ROLE-BASED ACCESS CONTROL (RBAC), POLICY ENFORCEMENT, AND ACCESS CERTIFICATION CAMPAIGNS
  • WRITE SHELL SCRIPTS AND CUSTOMIZE SAILPOINT IIQ COMPONENTS TO MEET BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS.
  • DIGANOSTIC AND RESOLVE ISSUES RELATED TO IDENTITY PROVISIONING, SYNCHRONIZATION, AND ACCESS REQUESTS
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • SailPoint IdentityIQ (v7.x and above) /Identity lifecycle management and access governance
  • Java, BeanShell scripting
  • Custom connector development and application onboarding/Role-based access control (RBAC) and policy enforcement
  • Ldap, Active Directory, Azure AD
  • Rest/SOAP APIs and integration frameworks
