Job Title: Identity Operations Engineer

This is a long-term contract position in the identity and access management industry.

  • Comfortable performing complex problem-solving, analyzing requirements, and documenting solutions with various stakeholders
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration and team work
  • Knowledge of modern IAM products including SailPoint, Microsoft Entra ID, CyberArk
  • Experience with two-factor authentication and application security best practices
  • Understanding of role-based access control, database management, and data structures

The ideal candidate should have experience working with multiple applications, integrations, and technologies such as Workday, ServiceNow, Azure Active Directory, SCIM, JDBC, and others.

Key responsibilities include building IAM solutions for complex landscapes involving 100+ applications, HR systems integration, and ensuring seamless single sign-on (SSO) experiences.
