Job Description:

As a senior technical specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the implementation and ongoing maintenance of our subscription management platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the design, configuration, and deployment of billing, revenue, and CPQ modules to meet business requirements.
  • Provide ongoing technical support for the platform, addressing issues, performing updates, and optimizing performance.
  • Work with integration teams to ensure smooth connections between the platform and enterprise systems, such as ERP, CRM, and payment gateways.
  • Develop and maintain custom workflows to automate business processes within the platform, enhancing functionality and efficiency.
  • Create and maintain reports to provide insights and support decision-making for the team.
  • Conduct end-to-end testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validate integrations to ensure seamless platform performance.
  • Analyze, transform, and manage data flows between the platform and other systems using SQL and Python.
  • Support automation and accurate reporting within the revenue module to comply with ASC 606 and other revenue recognition standards.
  • Partner with finance, IT, and operational teams to understand needs, resolve issues, and ensure proper adoption of platform tools.
  • Provide training and support to the finance team to enhance their understanding and utilization of platform applications.
  • Maintain detailed technical documentation for workflows, configurations, and processes to support system knowledge sharing.
  • Monitor system health, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance the reliability and efficiency of platform components.
  • Ensure the platform complies with industry regulations, company policies, and security protocols.

  • Strong technical expertise in software development, integration, and deployment.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and cloud-based technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
