We are seeking a skilled and experienced Public Health BIM Modeler to join our organization.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in engineering, with a diploma or degree in mechanical engineering.

Key responsibilities include the creation and management of detailed BIM models for public health projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications and industry standards.

Candidates must also be proficient in using Revit and Navisworks software.

A minimum of 2-4 years' experience in the field is preferred, with a strong understanding of project management principles.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to integrate various components into a cohesive model.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all BIM models comply with relevant standards, guidelines, and protocols, including public health facility regulations.

Other key responsibilities include overseeing BIM workflows and processes, managing project deadlines, and conducting regular quality checks on models to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

In addition to technical skills, candidates should have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Applicants should also have basic design knowledge regarding PHE and Fire Protection Services.
