The role of a Public Health BIM Modeler involves creating and managing detailed Building Information Modelling (BIM) models for public health projects, ensuring that they adhere to project specifications and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creation and management of detailed BIM models
  • Ensuring adherence to project specifications and industry standards

Work Requirements:

  • Expertise in using Revit & Navisworks
  • Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 2-4 years' experience

Collaboration:
Working closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to integrate various components into a cohesive model is essential. This includes communicating effectively to ensure that all stakeholders are aligned with the project's objectives and goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in using Revit & Navisworks
  • Experience in Middle East projects will be highly preferred

Model Coordination:
Ensuring model coordination and clash detection to identify and resolve potential conflicts before construction begins is crucial. This requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to analyze complex data sets.
