We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical BIM Modeler to fill this key position. This individual will be responsible for creating and managing detailed BIM models for public health projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • BIM Development: The successful candidate must create accurate and precise BIM models that adhere to project specifications and industry standards.
  • Collaboration: Our ideal candidate will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to integrate various components into a cohesive model.
  • Model Coordination: Ensuring model coordination and clash detection is crucial to identify and resolve potential conflicts before construction begins.
  • Standards Compliance: All BIM models must comply with relevant standards, guidelines, and protocols.
  • Project Management: The Mechanical BIM Modeler will oversee BIM workflows and processes, manage project deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of BIM deliverables.
  • Quality Assurance: Regular quality checks on models will ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Expertise in Revit & Navisworks.
  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in BIM modeling.
  • Knowledge of HVAC, Chilled water & Fire Protection Services.
