Public Health BIM Modeler Role

We are seeking an experienced Public Health BIM Modeler to drive the creation and management of detailed BIM models for public health projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications and industry standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, with experience in using Revit & Navisworks. They should also possess excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to integrate various components into a cohesive model.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage detailed BIM models for public health projects.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of various components.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant standards, guidelines, and protocols, including public health facility regulations.
  • Oversee BIM workflows and processes, managing project deadlines and ensuring timely delivery of BIM deliverables.
  • Conduct regular quality checks on models to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

Required Skills:

  • Expertise in using Revit & Navisworks.
  • Strong knowledge of engineering principles, particularly drainage, water supply, storm water, and fire protection services.
  • Basic design knowledge of public health and fire protection services is desirable but not essential.
