Public Health BIM Modeler Position

We are seeking a skilled professional to create and manage detailed Building Information Modeling (BIM) models for public health projects.

Key Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience with a diploma/degree in engineering
  • Expertise in using Revit & Navisworks
  • Degree/diploma in mechanical engineering
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • Experience in Middle East projects, highly preferred
  • Strong collaboration skills to work with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
  • Excellent model coordination and clash detection skills
  • Knowledge of relevant standards, guidelines, and protocols, including public health facility regulations
Responsibilities:
  • BIM development, ensuring adherence to project specifications and industry standards
  • Project management, overseeing BIM workflows and processes, managing project deadlines, and ensuring timely delivery of BIM deliverables
  • Quality assurance, conducting regular quality checks on models to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency

Prior experience with drainage, water supply, stormwater, and fire protection services is desirable. Basic design knowledge regarding PHE and fire protection services is an added advantage.
