Job Description

As a skilled Public Health BIM Modeler, you will be responsible for creating and managing detailed BIM models for public health projects. Your expertise in Revit & Navisworks will ensure seamless integration with project specifications and industry standards.

Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2-4 years' experience in engineering, holding a Diploma/ Degree in Engineering.
  • Proficiency in using Revit & Navisworks.
  • Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering required.
  • Middle East project experience highly preferred.
Job Responsibilities
  1. BIM Development: Create and manage detailed BIM models for public health projects, adhering to project specifications and industry standards.
  2. Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to integrate components into a cohesive model.
  3. Model Coordination: Ensure model coordination and clash detection to resolve potential conflicts before construction begins.
  4. Standards Compliance: Ensure BIM models comply with relevant standards, guidelines, and protocols, including public health facility regulations.
  5. Project Management: Oversee BIM workflows and processes, manage project deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of BIM deliverables.
  6. Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks on models to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  7. Service Knowledge: Familiarity with Drainage, Water Supply, Storm Water, and Fire Protection Services required.
  8. Basic Design Knowledge of PHE & Fire Protection Services advantageous.
