The role involves creating job postings, conducting outreach campaigns, developing screening procedures, reviewing applications, performing background checks, crafting candidate shortlists, handling communications, building key partnerships, and continually enhancing our assessment process.

This is a fully remote position based in India. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles and at least 2 years of experience working in a startup environment or scale-up.

Responsibilities
  • Create and manage job postings across various platforms
  • Implement active outreach strategies via social media and email
  • Develop and refine screening procedures including technical assessments, video interviews, question creation, marking rubrics, and example answers
  • Review job applications and assess candidates
  • Conduct background checks on potential hires
  • Craft candidate shortlists for clients
  • Communicate with candidates and stakeholders, ensuring timely feedback and responses
  • Build and maintain relationships with institutional partners such as universities and colleges
  • Promote employer branding through events and networking
  • Continuously enhance our assessment process
  • Report on recruitment performance
  • Act on client feedback and performance reviews
  • Document and optimize existing processes
